The organic cotton twill feels soft enough that I don't worry about it rubbing against the cot rails. I keep burp cloths in the two lower pockets and pacifiers up top, so everything's within arm's reach during night feeds.

Three pockets turned out to be the perfect number for our setup — pacifiers in one, burp cloths in another, and the third holds the rattle he's obsessed with right now. It hangs on the cot rail without sagging, even when the pockets are stuffed.

The middle pocket is perfectly sized for a pacifier, and the organic cotton twill feels sturdy yet soft against the crib. I've loaded it with burp cloths and a rattle, and it hasn't sagged at all after a week of daily yanks from my toddler.
